Maximum delivery charges is $18.99 for purchase up to $ 68, depending of shipping method.
For purchase as from $69, the shipping and delivery is free.

3. What forms of payment do we accept online?
We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard, and Visa.
Your credit card will be debited only after the goods are ready for dispatch.

 

4. What is our Returns Policy?

We ensure that every Citadel garment is produced to the highest quality possible so that you will love them as much as we do.

 

 

In the unlikely event you are not happy with our products, please return them  and we will refund your money back.

 

 

The returned item must be in a sale-able condition for exchange or refund.

 

 


5. How can I get the refund?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
For online purchase inside or outside Mauritius 

a. Inform us about the issue via a mail addressed to  citadel@yesmauritius.com 

  • Provide us your full name and address
  • Date of shipment with the delivery code
b.We will do the needful to take back the item for refund.
